Dark Geno Saurer
Originally my entry for the 2012 Zoids Poison custom competition.
Sadly lack of time, ideas and motivation meant I couldn't complete him as a cat B entry, and the poor rushed paintwork and clishé colour for the Zoid type put me off entering him into Cat A. but he is a finished repaint nevertheless.
I had been planning a dark Zoid for some time since I got hold of some Scorpion Green GamesWorkshop acrylic and decided to give a poor badly sun damaged Geno Saurer a new least on life.
When I was putting him back together I discovered one of his thumb claws had gone missing, so the original idea was to replace the missing hand entirely with a weapon of some sort like that resin CAS for the Berserk Fuhrer but the idea kinda fell through so I resorted to plan B which was a suggestion from Deathy; I removed both the thumb claws and modified the hands to give it just two claws on both hands (More accurate to it's T-Rex type).
There's one more modification I wish to do to it, but first I need to find the part I need in my part box.
